Mini Egg Martabak is one of snack of Indonesia that made of egg, tofu and vegetables. It can be enjoyed with pickled cucumber as its sauce.

Here the recipe of Mini Egg Martabak!

Ingredients:
7 pieces of spring rolls
2 eggs
1 carrot
2 pieces of small white tofu small
1 bunch onion leaves
2 clove of onions
1 clove of garlic
Royco
Salt
Eggwhite to rub the skin of spring rolls

Steps:
1.      Mix eggs, tofu, and grated carrot.
2.      Chop the onion, garlic & onion leaves, and then mix it with the mixed egg before.
3.      Add royco & salt, mix well.
4.      Take the spring roll and then put the mixed egg on it.
5.      Fold the spring rolls, paste it in eggwhite.
6.      Fried egg martabak until it going to golden yellow. And then lift and drain it.


Mini Egg Martabak is ready to served!
